What’s Included: 

Coffee Basics: Foundation is an introductory course designed for complete beginners who want a broad, structured understanding of coffee before choosing a specific path such as barista work or manual brewing. This course focuses on building core coffee knowledge, confidence, and vocabulary—making it the ideal starting point for anyone new to specialty coffee.

Coffee Basics Level 1: Barista is a foundational, hands-on course designed for beginners and aspiring baristas who want a solid understanding of coffee, espresso, and café workflows. This course balances theory with practical application, giving students the confidence to work with coffee equipment, understand flavor, and prepare espresso-based drinks correctly.

Course Structure

This bundle follows a two-step learning process:

1. Complete the Foundation Course
2. Continue with the Barista Course

The Foundation Course must be completed first to ensure students have the knowledge needed for the Barista training.

Class details:

• This bundle requires 2 days of training (1 for Foundation Course + 1 for Barista Course)
  

• Time: 10:00am - 5:00pm (7 hours, each day)
  

• Days: Saturday and Sunday (Foundation Course day) Thursday and Friday (Barista Course day)

• Class size: Maximum 4 students (Foundation Course)
                   Maximum 6 students (Barista Course)

• Price: 12,000 THB per student ( 2,000THB bundle discount )

• Certification provided upon course completion
  

Please note: Your booking date applies to the Foundation Course. The Barista Course will be scheduled separately via LINE or in person after you have completed the Foundation Course.
