What’s Included: 

Coffee Basics: Foundation is an introductory course designed for complete beginners who want a broad, structured understanding of coffee before choosing a specific path such as barista work or manual brewing. This course focuses on building core coffee knowledge, confidence, and vocabulary—making it the ideal starting point for anyone new to specialty coffee.

Coffee Basics Level 1: Brewing is designed for coffee enthusiasts, home brewers, and aspiring professionals who want to master the fundamentals of manual coffee brewing. This course focuses on understanding flavor, extraction, and technique across a wide range of international brewing methods.

Course Structure

This bundle follows a two-step learning process:

1. Complete the Foundation Course
2. Continue with the Brewing Course

The Foundation Course must be completed first to ensure students have the knowledge needed for the Brewing training.

Class details:

• This bundle requires 2 days of training (1 for Foundation Course + 1 for Brewing Course)
  
  

• Time: 10:00am - 5:00pm (7 hours, each day)
  

• Days: Saturday and Sunday (Foundation Course day) Thursday and Friday (Brewing Course day)

• Class size: Maximum 4 students (Foundation Course)
                   Maximum 6 students (Brewing Course)

• Price: 12,000 THB per student ( 2,000THB bundle discount )

• Certification provided upon course completion
